Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Reports to the CEO.
- Develop and implement accounting and financial policies, procedures, and controls.
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with tax and financial regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Manage hospital revenue, expenses, and financial risk.
- Lead the accounts and finance team, providing mentorship and support.
- Prepare and present accounts and financial reports to management and stakeholders.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the CEO.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience
- BSc. Degree in Accounting or Finance
- ICAN/ACCA certification is required
