Requirements:
- Proven experience in an executive leadership role within the financial services industry (e.g., banking, insurance, asset management, fintech).
- Strong track record of driving strategic growth and improving organizational performance.
- In-depth knowledge of financial markets, regulatory frameworks, and risk management.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a strong advantage.
- Board-level experience or previous responsibility for multi-entity operations is preferred.
