Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Contact customers with overdue loan payments via calls, emails, or SMS to ensure timely recovery.
- Deliver top-notch customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.
- Professionally negotiate repayment plans.
- Meet communicated recovery targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and recovery status.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates (NYSC completed)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Confident phone etiquette & professionalism.
- Organized, motivated, and goal-driven.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
