Job summary
SZH-Group is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Graduate Intern to join our Logistics team. The successful candidate will gain practical experience by supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of logistics activities to ensure the efficient movement of materials, equipment, and supplies across our operations.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating the transportation and delivery of materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Support inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Assist in preparing logistics reports and delivery schedules.
- Track shipments and follow up with vendors and transport providers.
- Ensure logistics documentation is complete and properly filed.
- Support compliance with company policies and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Logistics Supervisor.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Transport Management, or a related field.
- Completed NYSC.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a dynamic environment.
