Responsibilities
- Activate data packages for POS devices as required.
- Support the distribution and activation of data packages across assigned locations.
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and relevant stakeholders.
- Assist users with basic data activation procedures.
- Follow established activation processes and guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve assigned targets.
- Provide updates on activation activities and report any challenges encountered.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must possess a functional smartphone.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be willing to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Must be responsible, proactive, and result-oriented.
- Previous experience in sales and marketing is an added advantage.
