Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead projects from inception through client acceptance, including sales handovers.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Data, and Client Success teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear technical requirements and delivery plans.
- Possess a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end development to contribute to technical discussions and critical evaluation of the work.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, guide them through technology adoption, and manage client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain project plans, allocate resources, and manage project budgets.
- Monitor project performance, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Build repeatable project methodologies and processes to support scaling operations.
- Lead, mentor, and align the project team, fostering a sense of shared accountability and managing the team's emotional state to prevent burnout.
Requirements:
