Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including payments, invoicing, and cash flows.
- Perform bank, account, and system reconciliations regularly and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, summaries, and forecasts.
- Monitor and manage budgets and expenditures; track variances and support cost control.
- Assist in the preparation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and internal controls, particularly in the Nigerian Market.
- Support external and internal audit processes by preparing documentation and responding to queries.
- Liaise with banks, vendors, clients, and internal departments for financial matters.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all financial transactions.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and integrity.
Requirements:
- BSc. Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a similar course of study
- Minimum of 6 years experience is required
