We seek to hire a suitable candidate to fill this position
- Minimum Qualification: Degree
- Experience Level: Mid level
- Experience Length: 2 years
- Posting of all payments for Projects, Supplies, and expenses into the General Ledger.
- Payment of all petty cash expenses after due authorizations.
- Posting petty cash expenses into the petty cash book.
- Maintaining of petty cash imprest system with retirement at the end of each month.
- Withdrawal and management of all office cash/ cash flow.
- Filing of all payment vouchers and material requisition/ receiving forms.
- Raising of cheques for signing by the signatories to the construction account/Administrative operation.
- Posting of all transactions on the CITTA ERP solution.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field with a minimum of 2nd Class Lower Division or Lower Credit.
- Minimum of 2-3 years relevant experience.
- Being a current ICAN/ACCA candidate would be an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience with CITTA ERP or similar accounting solutions.
