Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data and create reports to identify trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Develop, maintain, and improve financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and business planning
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
- Prepare management reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with departments to gather financial inputs and understand business drivers
- Monitor financial performance and provide recommendations for cost optimization and revenue enhancement
- Assist in ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
