Financial Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain 12-month rolling forecasts for revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
• Develop advanced cash flow forecasting models, integrating operational data with financial drivers.
• Conduct workforce planning and labor efficiency analysis to improve margin and productivity.
• Partner with clients to model machine utilization and efficiency metrics to drive capacity planning.
• Prepare and deliver monthly financial reporting packages, including variance analysis and commentary.
• Perform financial statement analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Design and maintain KPI dashboards to provide real-time visibility into operational and financial performance.
• Support scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and ad hoc business analysis

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s or CFA/CPA a plus).
• 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, financial modeling, or business analysis.
• Strong modeling skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) preferred.
• Experience working with manufacturing, logistics, or product-based businesses is highly desirable.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate numbers into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills with a knack for simplifying complex analysis
