Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial performance by collecting, monitoring, and studying data.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Develop financial models and forecasts to support budgeting and strategic planning.
- Assist in variance analysis and recommend actions to improve profitability.
- Work closely with accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Conduct market research to support investment and budgeting decisions.
- Support cost reduction and efficiency improvement initiatives.
- Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear, concise manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, and any other
- 2 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or corporate finance.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
