Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Developing and managing budgets, financial forecasts, and long-range plans.
- Preparing accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and performance analysis.
- Analyzing financial data to identify trends, assess performance, and support investment decisions.
- Monitoring and controlling operational expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Overseeing the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions.
- Establishing and maintaining robust internal control systems to safeguard assets and ensure compliance.
- Ensuring adherence to all relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Managing relationships with external auditors and overseeing the audit process.
- Identifying and implementing improvements to operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Developing and implementing risk management policies and procedures to minimize organizational risk
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience
- BSc. Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a similar course of study
