Finance Officer

Responsibilities:

• Reconciliation of online payments with vendors and payment partner
• Tracking day-to-day operational payment/expense
• Update and maintain transactions, accounting, and financial data such as sales records, accounts payables/receivables, purchases, etc.
• Prepare and ensure all invoices are recorded.
• Follow up with vendor’s payments, ensuring they are made on time.
• Implement approved accounting processes, systems, and controls for products and services.
• Reconciling payments to ensure the accounting system reflects the correct transactions
• Responsible for staff’s salary and expenses payment.

Requirements:

• This position is open preferably to a male candidate
• Minimum academic qualification of either an HND in Accounting or Banking and Finance
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in Accounting, Banking or Finance
• Statutory understanding (Corporate remittances and Tax)
• Strong Financial and Accounting knowledge
• Financial analysis experience
• Conflict resolution experience
  
• Commercial Experience
• Operational Know how for e-business.
• Must live Around Surulere
• Must be ready to resume immediately

Remuneration: NGN 70,000 - NGN 85,000
