Job Summary

The Finance Executive will support the financial health of the diagnostics center by managing daily accounting operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, preparing reports, and providing accurate financial insights to support business decisions.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
  • Ensure all financial data is entered correctly into accounting software.
  • Treasury Management.
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Process invoices, payments, and staff reimbursements with attention to accuracy and timelines.
  • Monitor inventory and procurement expenses related to lab and office supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (e.g., tax filings, audits, regulatory reports).
  • Collaborate with auditors and provide necessary financial documentation.
  • Track and manage revenue from diagnostic services, insurance claims, and direct patient payments.
  • Implement and improve financial procedures, systems, and controls.
  • Support management with financial data for strategic planning and operational efficiency.
  • Reconcile customer payments and resolve any discrepancies or issues
  • Assist in monitoring departmental budgets and expenses.
  • Prepare financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, for management review.
  • Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures. Assist in preparing documents for internal and external audits.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
  • Other responsibilities assigned by Management.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience
  • BSc. Degree in Accounting, Finance, and Business Administration
