Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure all financial data is entered correctly into accounting software.
- Treasury Management.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Process invoices, payments, and staff reimbursements with attention to accuracy and timelines.
- Monitor inventory and procurement expenses related to lab and office supplies.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (e.g., tax filings, audits, regulatory reports).
- Collaborate with auditors and provide necessary financial documentation.
- Track and manage revenue from diagnostic services, insurance claims, and direct patient payments.
- Implement and improve financial procedures, systems, and controls.
- Support management with financial data for strategic planning and operational efficiency.
- Reconcile customer payments and resolve any discrepancies or issues
- Assist in monitoring departmental budgets and expenses.
- Prepare financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, for management review.
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures. Assist in preparing documents for internal and external audits.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Other responsibilities assigned by Management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience
- BSc. Degree in Accounting, Finance, and Business Administration
