Job summary
An experience Finance Assistant with the capacity to oversee day-to-day accounting operations and, when necessary, support financial management.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate, up-to-date financial records, including daily transactions, expenses, and revenue.
- Financial Reporting: Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and reports for management.
- Analysis & Budgeting: Analyzing financial data, preparing budgets, forecasts, and identifying financial risks or opportunities.
- Tax Compliance: Preparing and filing tax returns and providing advice for future tax minimization.
- Auditing & Reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements, auditing financial information, and resolving discrepancies.
- Strategic Advice: Offering financial insights to help management make informed decisions, reduce costs, and improve profits.
- Detail-oriented and analytical.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) and regulations.
- Proficiency with accounting software and technology (AI automation).
- Excellent communication for explaining financial findings.
