Job Summary
Management and coordination of the finance and administrative officers. The Finance Manager is to ensure the overall coordination, leading, and supervision of all functions in the finance management and procedures, financial reporting, compliance, communication, and capacity building of the finance and admin department.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring invoices are prepared and submitted to customers on a timely basis
- Ensuring minimum receivable days on customer invoices
- Managing Cash balances and ensuring that cash flows are adequate to allow business units to operate effectively
- Forecasting cash payments and anticipating challenges arising from limited cash flow; Maintaining banking relationships and negotiating interest rates on time deposits, and bonds for various projects within business units.
- Ensuring the Integrity and Accuracy of the financial records and accounting system of the Company.
- Ensuring the daily reporting tasks.
- Cost controlling; ensuring costs are posted to the right Projects, ledgers, and Job codes in accordance with the budget.
- Preparing project budget creation and variance analysis.
- Working with project Managers to prepare budgets and track profit / loss performance by business unit and on a consolidated basis.
- Liaising with other departments and unit heads on a range of issues
- Managing and supervising the Annual statutory audits of the Company
- Arranging financial audits and ancillary reviews as required
- Ensuring Compliance with regard to legal and fiscal requirements, including tax returns and other statutory obligations.
- Payroll management and calculations of all obligations due.
Requirements:
- This position is open preferably to a female candidate
- Academic qualification of a Bachelor of Science degree /HND in Accounting or Finance-related field from an accredited university/Polytechnic.
- ICAN/ ACCA certification
- Minimum of 4 -5 years post ICAN qualification experience in managing the financial accounts of a company.

Remuneration: NGN 350,000 - 400,000
