Finance and Account Associate

Responsibilities:

• Ensure due process is followed on retirement of all payment in every department where fund is paid out.
• Preparing payment vouchers, and clearly indicating the vat and Wht as applicable to each payment.
• Engage in weekly bank reconciliation
• Ensuring asset register is up to date
• Assist in filling and remitting Payee, wht etc.
• Assist in preparation of budget and variance report.
• Posting records into the accounting software(QuickBooks online)
• Assist in preparation of cashier’s monthly payroll
• Preparation of cashiers float on weekly basis.
• Any other duties as instructed by the Head Of Finance & Account.

Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification of HND/BSc degree in accounting or related field
• 3 - 5 years of working experience
• Proficiency in common office and accounting programs like Excel and QuickBooks.
• Organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
