Responsibilities:
- Supporting investment research and analysis
- Assisting in the development of the firm’s investment strategy,
- Contributing to the creation of internal processes and operational frameworks
- Collaborating with the founding team to help shape the firm’s culture and decision-making approach
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking and Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and evaluate financial data.
- Basic knowledge of financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement) and investment analysis concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, spreadsheets, formulas) and other Microsoft Office Suite tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present financial insights clearly.
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment and adapting to changing priorities
