We are looking to hire a Finance & Accounts Officer who will oversee financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and provide strategic support for profitability and cost management.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Handle payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Manage cash flow and working capital.
- Support audit processes and regulatory compliance.
- Advise management on financial strategy.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. Accounting/Finance; ICAN/ACCA certified.
- Minimum of 3+years’ experience in agribusiness or manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of ERP-based accounting systems.
