Job summary
Seeking a detail-oriented Account Assistant to support the finance team with day-to-day accounting & record-keeping activities. This is an entry-level role ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to gain hands-on experience using accounting software such as Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel within a structured business space.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
- Support posting of transactions, reconciliations, and record keeping in Quickbooks
- Assist with preparation of basic financial reports and schedules
- Support tax filing, documentation, and compliance processes under supervision
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records
- Work closely with senior accounting staff to ensure accuracy and completeness of records
Requirements:
- Basic working knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data entry, reporting)
- Accounting, Finance, or related qualification (HND/BSc)
- Willingness to learn and follow established accounting procedures
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Ability to work well within a team and follow instructions
