Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and smart Field Marketers to support the launch of the Shurefire app. This contract role is focused on promoting the app, assisting users with downloads, and onboarding both merchants and buyers across different areas in Lagos. As a Field Marketer, your main role will be to go out into major markets, building material hubs, construction sites, and busy locations to create awareness and drive adoption of the Shurefire app.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Promote and explain the Shurefire app to target users in person
- Assist users with downloading and registering on the app (buyers and merchants)
- Visit key locations such as markets, construction sites, and events to engage people
- Distribute flyers and marketing materials in high-traffic areas
- Collect contact details and basic data of potential users for follow-up
- Represent the brand in a professional and friendly manner
- Report field activity, challenges, and suggestions to the marketing team
- Meet daily or weekly awareness and onboarding targets.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in marketing activations, field promotions, or sales is an advantage
- Must be confident, persuasive, and good at talking to people
- Basic smartphone skills (you must know how to assist people with apps)
- Ability to speak English, Pidgin, and at least one local language (Yoruba/Hausa/Igbo is a plus)
- Must be based in Lagos and familiar with popular markets
- Physically active, reliable, and target-driven
- Must be able to work outdoors and move around frequently
- Must be able to work in a team and contribute effectively
