Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist carpenters and machine operators with furniture production tasks.
- Prepare and move raw materials such as wood, boards, fittings, and tools within the factory.
- Support cutting, sanding, assembling, and finishing furniture components when required.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the factory floor, tools, and workstations.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to avoid damage or waste.
- Follow factory safety procedures and use protective equipment when required.
- Assist in packaging and preparing finished furniture products for delivery.
- Report equipment faults, material shortages, or safety concerns to supervisors.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience working in a factory, workshop, or furniture production environment.
- Basic understanding of woodworking tools and machinery.
Location: Akute, Ogun State(Accommodation inclusive).
Renumeration: NGN 100,000
