Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Facility Maintenance: Ensure all areas of the lounge, including electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and lighting, are in top operational condition.
- Electrical Systems: Manage and troubleshoot electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and minimizing downtime.
- Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to avoid disruptions and extend the lifespan of equipment.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for repairs, maintenance, and procurement of supplies.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure the lounge adheres to health and safety standards, including fire safety, emergency protocols, and environmental regulations.
- Budget Management: Manage the facility maintenance budget, optimizing costs while maintaining high standards of service.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, safety inspections, and equipment status; provide regular reports to management.
- Team Leadership: Lead and supervise maintenance staff, providing guidance and training to ensure high performance.
- Emergency Response: Act as the first point of contact for facility-related emergencies, providing prompt and effective solutions.
Requirements:
- S.S.C.E or Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Electrical Engineering, or any related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in facility management, preferably in a hospitality or entertainment environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Age Requirement is 25-35 years
- Experience working in a waterside or similar environment.
- Proficiency in facility management software.
- Knowledge of sustainable practices in facility management.
