We are currently looking for a person with great analytical skills to join our Market Trend and Customer Behaviour, as an EXPERT MARKET TREND AND CUSTOMER BEHAVIOUR.

What you will do:You will participate in the development of the marketing research strategy (defining needs, establishing priorities, plan of action and involved budget) integrated in the strategy and marketing plan; You will coordinate and develop independent analysis and market studies with a high level of complexity, among the stay at home and business clients. In this regard, you will make the activity more efficient, conducting, when it is possible, studies that can serve more teams and objectives; You will make sure that you respect the budget meant for market studies; You will independently unfold (from the appearance of the request and until the presentation of the action plan) quantitative and qualitative market studies, creating or, depending from case to case, managing samples, questionnaires, data gathering, analysis, presentation, action plans, discussion guides, interviews, focus groups, etc.; You will evaluate market study proposals coming from the partner agency and you will coordinate complex projects developed along with them; You will keep in touch with ENGIE Group regarding the projects in the market studies area, consumer behaviour etc.; You will solve complex ad-hoc requirements (for example, segmentations, desk research) regarding: market trends (in the industry, products, services, solutions, processes), consumer behaviour etc.; You will interpret data and you will disseminate information in an easy to understand manner, with concrete, measurable action, with the mandatory monitoring; You will collaborate with the sales teams (including the teams that administer the ENGIE digital assets), the processes teams, IT and legal teams etc. in order to maintain a high level of satisfaction for the clients and an impactful client experience. You will ensure support in the implementation and bettering of the technical solutions meant to collect and analyze the clientâs voice; You will constantly get informed regarding the best practices in the market studies field and in the utilities facilitation and energetical solutions area;
Desired education, expertise, and skills:Completed Masterâs degree, preferably in Marketing, Sociology, Psychology, Statistics, Cybernetics, Communication, Economics; Proven experience (at least 8 years, out of which at least 2 years must be spent in a market research agency) in end to end qualitative and quantitative market studies; A very good mastery of the Microsoft Office instruments (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook) Knowledge of the software solutions specific to market research; Knowledge of the energy market and legislation which influences; Advanced knowledge of English; Capacity to analyze and synthesize;
