Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to Executive Management.
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
- Serve as a key liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, briefs, and official documentation for executive use.
- Coordinate meetings, board sessions, and follow up on action items and deadlines.
- Handle confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
- Support office operations, protocol management, and executive engagements as required.
- Ensure effective communication, organization, and timely execution of executive directives.
- Review Social Media page, private email, and correspondence
- Coordinate private events, including birthdays, shopping, and social gatherings
- Coordinate the domestic staff
Requirements:
- Minimum BSC
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
