Job Summary
We are seeking a full time candidate for the position of Estate Manager/administrative officer to support our executive committee with the day to day performance of general administrative duties necessary for the smooth running of our Estate. As the Estate Manager you will work from the Estate Secretariat and report directly to the Estate Chairman/Secretary but with interaction with all Executive Officers. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative support and will be able to work independently. Exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an estate of diverse people.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assign and supervising the cleaning teams charged with maintaining a clean environment
- Efficiently monitor, manage, supervise all estate projects
- Liaise with the supervisor on all aspects of estate
- Monitor and establish procedures for efficient running of the estate
- Coordinate all office staff activities working with security personnel
- Ensure enforcement of estate rules and regulations
- Prepare for monthly estate general meeting
- Prepare weekly payment account
- Work with financial secretary to produce estate accounts
- Follow up on all overdue accounts
- Ensure the efficient deposits of all financial obligations paid by residents
- Keep accurate records of all payment
- Prepare control all correspondence to resident and external parties including governmental agencies
- Update residential membership of the association
- Prepare monthly wage payment
- Keep accurate record of all correspondence
- Keep accurate inventory of all estate property
- Manage petty cash and prepare expense reports
- Monitor and record expenses
- Monitor all staff holidays
- Liaise between the executives and trustee.
Requirements:
- Knowledge/ skilled in; Word processing, database management, Records maintenances
- Good knowledge of Microsoft excel and office management
- Ability to create, compose and edit written materials
- Ability to prepare financial reports
- Good knowledge of accounting, budgeting and cost control essential
- Ability to make administrative and procedural decisions and judgements on sensitive and confidential matters
- Must be available 2 Saturdays in a month
Remuneration: NGN 80,000
