Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
- Supervise junior staff, delegating tasks, and ensuring high standards of work
- Develop and implement efficient office systems and processes.
- Handle correspondence, scheduling, and calendar management.
- Create and manage content across our social media platforms, engaging with our audience and analyzing performance metrics.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all work-related matters.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role with supervisory responsibilities.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Proficient in social media management and content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other office management tools.
Location: Must be a resident of the Lekki-Ajah axis or willing to relocate.
