Job Summary

We are looking to hire a Secretary for our business. Markjob Real Estate is seeking a dedicate and professional as an Office Administrator Secretary to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

  • Minimum Qualification: HND
  • Experience Level: Entry level
  • Experience Length: 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Welcome and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems


Requirements:

  • HND/B.Sc in Business Administration, Management or any related field
  • Minimum of 1 year work experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
  • Experience using  Microsoft Office - Word, Excel
  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized and professional demeanor
