To supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of an estate while overseeing all maintenance and repairs wherever required of communal facilities and buildings.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Managing all administrative tasks in an Estate.
  • Managing the daily operations of the estate including staff schedules, upkeep, and bookings.
  • Liaising with Security Agencies and Utility Services providers towards meeting the Estate operational requirements.
  • Supervising all Estate staff and providing training and day-to-day feedback.
  • Managing all communal property maintenance, repairs, and renovations within and around the Estate.
  • Overall responsibility for the upkeep of entire estate requirements to a high standard whilst carrying out basic maintenance work where required.
  • Ensure daily management of Estate infrastructure, and respond to concerns and grievances in a timely manner, thus ensuring habitats of the Estate are satisfied.
  • Coordinate and improve security processes and activities of the Estate

Requirements:

  • Great leadership and project management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, property management, business administration, or similar.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in real estate, project management, or similar.
  • Experience in property management including the coordination of housekeeping, maintenance, and renovations.
  • Sound knowledge of groundskeeping management and operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities.
