Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Engineering Services Manager to lead and coordinate our engineering operations. This role involves managing project planning, design, execution, and quality control, ensuring all engineering tasks align with industry standards and client expectations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in civil engineering, hands-on experience with CAD tools and project management, and the ability to drive technical excellence across diverse projects—especially within the advertising or infrastructure-related industries.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee engineering project planning, execution, and delivery across departments.
- Lead the design and review of technical drawings, specifications, and plans using CAD software.
- Manage engineering team performance and allocate tasks based on project needs.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards (e.g., COREN).
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to meet project timelines and budgets.
- Evaluate and implement simulation designs and process improvements.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management and clients.
- Ensure efficient maintenance of tools, equipment, and engineering systems.
Requirements:
- Minimum BSc or HND in Engineering (preferably, civil engineering)
- A COREN or other accepted engineering certification is compulsory
- Use of CAD, simulation design & knowledge of PMP is required
- 5+ years of work experience
- Advertising industry experience is an advantage
