Role: Email Marketing Manager

We’re looking for someone to set up and manage our email marketing as we prepare for our next pilot program.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and manage our email marketing platform

• Build and grow our email list (webinars, social, sign-ups)

• Create and send weekly emails to engage our audience

• Develop simple email sequences for promotions and onboarding

• Track basic performance (opens, clicks, growth)

Must-have

• Experience with any email marketing platform (e.g. Brevo, Mailchimp, ConvertKit)

• Ability to write clear, engaging emails

• Reliable and able to work independently

Nice to Have

• Experience growing an email list or running campaigns

• Basic understanding of audience segmentation

Commitment

• 3–5 hours per week

• More time during initial setup
