Responsibilities:
Responding to New Inquiries:
- Duty: ECLV1s are responsible for responding to new inquiries from potential students or their families. However, this should only be done after receiving explicit approval from the manager or a higher-level consultant (ECLV2). This ensures that all communication is consistent and aligns with organizational messaging.
- Best Practice: Maintain a record of all new inquiries. Seek written or verbal approval before responding. Ensure responses are timely, accurate, and informative.
Liaising Before Application Submission:
- Duty: Before making an application for a student, it is essential to consult with the Manager or ECLV2. Regarding the course selection and the students' background. This step ensures that the application is appropriate, tailored to the student's needs, and meets the specific requirements of the chosen schools.
- Best Practice: Prepare a summary of the student’s background and proposed course. Schedule a discussion with the Manager/ECLV2 for feedback. Document all recommendations and required adjustments.
Application Submission to Schools:
- Duty: Once the course and student background have been agreed upon, the ECLV1 must ensure that applications are made to the right schools. It is mandatory to submit applications to three different schools, increasing the likelihood of acceptance and offering the student a range of options.
- Best Practice: Research schools to match the student’s profile and aspirations. Track all applications and ensure each is tailored to the institution. Communicate choices and rationale to the student and guardian.
Timely Submission of Applications:
