Technical Assistant
Job summary
The Technical Assistant will work directly with the CEO to support high-level strategic, operational, and administrative initiatives. This role involves conducting data-driven analysis, preparing executive-level presentations and reports, managing special projects, and ensuring the efficient coordination of the CEO's Office.

Responsibilities:
Business Analysis & Strategic Support
- Analyze business trends, market data, and performance reports to support decision-making.
- Conduct research and develop insights on industry trends, competitor activities, and strategic
- opportunities.
- Assist in the development, tracking, and reporting of key performance business indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare business cases, feasibility studies, and risk assessments for new initiatives or investments.
Executive Support
- Act as the liaison between the GMD and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare briefing materials, executive summaries, and presentations for board meetings, strategy
- sessions, and external engagements.
- Ensure timely follow-up and tracking of action items from the GMD’s meetings.
Project Management
- Coordinate and track progress on cross-functional projects led by or involving the GMD.
- Monitor deadlines, deliverables, and ensure timely reporting and alignment with strategic
- objectives.
- Prepare regular updates on strategic initiatives and project outcomes.
Technical & Operational Oversight
- Evaluate and streamline operational processes of the GMD’s office using data-driven
- methodologies.
- Work with IT and other departments to implement or enhance digital tools that improve business
- efficiency in alignment with the business goals.
- Ensure the GMD is informed of technological and operational developments affecting the group.
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
- Draft high-level correspondence, reports, and communication on behalf of the GMD.
- Assist in organizing and managing internal and external communication channels.
- Represent the GMD in meetings where appropriate, and relay outcomes with detailed reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience
- Minimum of an MBa/Msc
