The Lead, Strategy & Special Projects will support the CEO in identifying, scoping, and delivering key strategic initiatives and growth opportunities. Responsibilities:
- Support the development and prioritization of the company’s growth strategy and special projects agenda.
- Research, analyze, and assess strategic and operational opportunities, preparing well-structured business cases to guide leadership decision-making.
- Support the development and implementation of go-to-market plans for approved initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects with teams across the business to ensure timely and effective execution.
- Work closely with the Management Team to understand priorities, anticipate risks, and support strategic alignment.
- Track and analyze the external competitive landscape, market trends, and industry developments to inform business direction.
- Provide hands-on support on high-priority or time-sensitive initiatives across business units and markets.
- Monitor project progress, risks, and outcomes, ensuring clear business reporting and accountability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting.
- MBA or relevant master’s degree desired.
- Experience working within a fast-paced technology or fintech business in a similar role.
- 5-7 years’ work experience with 3+ years consulting experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate complex information into clear insights and practical recommendations.
- Proven ability to support high-impact business initiatives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders while remaining execution-focused.
- Highly collaborative and able to work across multiple teams.
- Strong project coordination and delivery skills.
- Flexible, resilient, and adaptable in fast-changing environments.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
