Job descriptions & requirements
- Client Advisory & Consultation: Provide professional travel advice to clients by understanding their preferences, budgets, and travel objectives, offering tailored travel solutions and recommendations.
- Travel Planning & Itinerary Development: Create detailed travel itineraries including flights, hotel reservations, transportation, tours, and other travel services while ensuring accuracy and alignment with client needs.
- Booking & Reservation Management: Handle end-to-end travel bookings using reservation systems (GDS/online platforms), ensuring timely confirmations, proper documentation, and compliance with travel regulations.
- Customer Support & Issue Resolution: Provide prompt assistance to clients before, during, and after their trips, resolving any travel-related challenges such as cancellations, changes, or emergencies.
- Vendor & Partner Coordination: Collaborate with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other service providers to secure the best deals, negotiate rates, and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Promote travel packages, upsell additional services, and meet sales targets by identifying opportunities to increase company revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Administrative & Reporting Duties: Maintain accurate travel records, process invoices, manage client files, and prepare periodic reports on bookings, sales performance, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
- He/She must know how to use GDS Systems, especially Amadeus GDS
- Good communication skills
