Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage and update product listings, descriptions, and pricing.
- Monitor website performance and ensure smooth customer transactions
- Handle online order processing, returns, and customer inquiries
- Optimize product pages for SEO and conversion rates
- Maintain app content, images, and product updates
- Collaborate with developers to ensure app functionality and resolve bugs
- Monitor app performance, crashes, and customer feedback
- Analyse app user behaviour to improve engagement and retention
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience
- HND in any field of study
