Job summary
We are seeking experienced and professional drivers to operate company vehicles on the Uber and Bolt platforms. The ideal candidates must be safety-conscious, customer-service-orientated, and highly familiar with Lagos roads across both mainland and island routes. Successful candidates will be responsible for delivering excellent ride experiences, maintaining high driver ratings, and ensuring company vehicles are properly maintained and handled responsibly.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Operate company vehicles safely and professionally on Uber/Bolt platforms 6 days per week
- Pick up and transport passengers efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report faults or maintenance issues immediately
- Achieve weekly ride and performance targets
- Maintain a minimum driver rating of 4.8+ on ride-hailing platforms
- Remit daily or weekly payments as agreed with the company
- Comply with all Uber/Bolt operational policies and Lagos State traffic regulations
- Use navigation tools such as Google Maps effectively for route optimization
- Ensure passengers have a safe, comfortable, and professional experience at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of driving experience within Lagos
- Valid Nigerian Driver’s License (Class B or higher)
- Valid LASDRI Card and Lagos State Driver’s Institute Certificate
- Clean driving record with no major accidents or traffic violations within the last 2 years
- Proficiency in using smartphones, Uber/Bolt driver applications, and Google Maps
- Excellent knowledge of Lagos roads, including Mainland and Island routes
- Candidates between 25 – 50 years are preferred
- Must be polite, well-groomed, and customer-service oriented
- Must reside within Lagos; candidates residing around Ikeja, Surulere, or Yaba axis have an added advantage
