Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Safely pick up and drop off employees at designated locations and scheduled times.
- Transport employees to work-related destinations as assigned.
- Ensure the company vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.
- Carry out routine vehicle checks and report any faults or maintenance needs promptly.
- Plan routes efficiently to ensure timely arrival at destinations.
- Perform other driving and transportation-related tasks as assigned by management.
- Comply with all traffic laws and company safety policies.
Requirements:
- High school diploma (preferred).
- Proven experience as a driver, preferably with experience in driving buses.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics and the ability to perform minor repairs and inspections.
- Punctual with effective route planning
- Strong understanding of safety practices and adherence to all traffic laws to ensure the safety of all passengers.
- Ability to handle unexpected delays, issues with the vehicle, or route changes calmly and efficiently.
- Effective communication with employees, partners, associates and law enforcement officers.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
- Knowledge of Lagos city roads, traffic patterns, and alternative routes.
- Basic vehicle maintenance skills.
- Ability to work early and flexible hour
Remuneration: NGN 130,000 Monthly Net
