The role ensures excellent customer service, safe handling of goods, adherence to traffic regulations, and proper maintenance of the dispatch motorcycle.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Deliver customer orders promptly and accurately to designated locations.
- Ensure delivered items are handled with care to avoid damage.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, maintaining a polite and professional demeanor.
- Obtain signatures or proof of delivery from customers as required.
- Review delivery instructions and confirm addresses before setting out.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and submit them daily.
- Ensure proper documentation of goods before and after delivery.
- Conduct daily checks on the motorcycle (fuel, brakes, lights, tyres, oil, etc.).
- Report any faults, accidents, or required repairs promptly.
- Ensure the motorcycle is kept clean and in good working condition.
- Strictly adhere to traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Assist the store or warehouse team with packing, sorting, or moving items when not on delivery.
- Support other operational tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Minimum S.S.C.E
- 2 years of previous work experience in similar role
