Job Title: Digital Marketing Strategist
Location: Gbagada, Lagos
Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦250,000/month + Commission on Leads Generated

You’ll own the pipeline from first impression to booked client. We’re looking for someone who gets both the creative side of digital marketing and the numbers side of sales, and can use both to put travel products in front of the right people.
Responsibilities:
1. Run email marketing end-to-end
Build campaigns, segment lists, write copy, and optimize for open rates and conversions. You’ll manage newsletters, drip sequences, and promotional blasts for different travel products.
2. Own content strategy
Plan and produce content across blog, social, and email that educates and converts. You’ll turn destinations, packages, and experiences into stories people want to share and book.
3. Execute digital marketing campaigns
Manage paid and organic efforts across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other channels. You’ll handle targeting, budget allocation, A/B testing, and reporting.
4. Drive sales through partnerships
Reach out to organizations, corporate bodies, travel groups, and communities in different locations to raise awareness and close deals for our travel products. You’ll run presentations, negotiate, and follow up.
5. Track, analyze, report
Set up tracking for campaigns and leads. Report weekly on what’s working, what’s not, and what you’re changing.
Requirements:
1. 3+ years in digital marketing and sales
Proven experience running email campaigns, content, and paid ads. Bonus if it’s in travel, hospitality, or tourism.
2. Strong communication skills
You can write clearly, pitch confidently, and adapt your tone for corporate clients, groups, and online audiences.
3. Strategic and hands-on
You can map out a 90-day plan and also execute the post, email, and follow-up yourself.
4. Data-driven mindset
Comfortable with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, email platforms like Mailchimp/Brevo, and basic CRM tools.
5. Hustle for leads
You’re not waiting for inbound. You know how to find decision-makers, start conversations, and move them to a booking.
