Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Create and post content across social media platforms
- Respond to DMs and convert leads into customers
- Promote our brand through word-of-mouth and local networking
- Track engagement, sales, and campaign performance
- Represent the brand in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist with customer follow-up and online inquiries
- Suggest new ideas to increase visibility and sales
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
- Basic content creation using Canva or mobile apps (optional but a plus)
