Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Digital Marketing & Web Manager to lead our online presence and digital performance. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing Google platforms, Facebook advertising and management, and basic web development (frontend or backend).

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage content for the company’s website, social media channels, email newsletters, and other digital platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • Monitor website analytics using tools such as Google Analytics to assess traffic patterns and user behaviour.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design landing pages that enhance user experience and conversion rates.
  • Manage social media accounts by developing engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance metrics including ROI and KPIs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to ensure the company remains competitive in the digital landscape.
  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other online platforms.
  • Maintain and update company websites (frontend and/or backend), ensuring performance, security, and UX optimization.



Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing or website management roles.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing or a related field with a strong understanding of various e-commerce platforms.
  • Proficiency in ZOHO inventory Management system
  • Proficiency in SEO techniques, SEM strategies, email marketing, and social media management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively. proficiency in google analytics.
  • CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Understanding how to use CRM systems to manage customer data and interactions.
  • Experience with website management tools (e.g., WordPress) and familiarity with HTML/CSS, javascript.
  • CMS (content management system)
  • Proven experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, and Facebook Business Manager.
