Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across Google, YouTube, Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, and Emai
- Drive targeted app installs for both Android and iOS users
- Monitor and optimize daily campaign performance for maximum RO
- Develop and manage creative ad content in collaboration with our team
- Analyze performance metrics like CPI, CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversions
- Run A/B testing to improve ad effectiveness
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across platforms
- Provide clear weekly reports and insights to the management team.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on paid campaigns
- Proven experience managing ads on Google, Facebook Business Manager, YouTube, LinkedIn, and email tools like Mailchimp or Brevo
- Strong knowledge of user acquisition and mobile app marketing strategies
- Ability to work independently, manage budgets, and meet campaign goals
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and results.
