Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Craft and execute integrated digital marketing plans aligning with business objectives across channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email).
- Web Development Integration: Leverage web development skills to influence site architecture, UX/UI for marketing optimization, collaborate on landing pages, and microsites for campaigns.
- Content & SEO: Develop SEO-driven content strategies, optimize on-page elements, drive organic growth.
- Paid Media: Manage PPC (Google Ads, social ads), optimize spend for ROI, test ad creatives.
- Analytics & Insights: Utilize tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager) for performance tracking, interpret data for actionable marketing insights.
- Social Media: Develop engaging social strategies amplifying brand voice across platforms.
- Email Marketing: Design, execute campaigns with segmentation, personalization for impact.
- Conversion Optimization: Drive CRO efforts by collaborating with web teams for improved site conversions.
- Technical Skills Application: Apply HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge for marketing tech tasks, tag implementations, and landing page tweaks.
- Collaboration: Work with design, content, and development teams for cohesive digital experiences.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated on digital trends, algorithm shifts (Google, social platforms).
Requirements:
- Experience: 3-5 years of digital marketing experience, with demonstrable web development background.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (hands-on web development experience).
- Expertise in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager).
- SEO/SEM knowledge.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Computer Science, or related field.
- Technical Acumen: Comfort with coding for marketing tech applications.
- Analytical Mindset: Data-driven approach for optimization.
- Creativity: Innovative in digital content, campaign crafting.
- Communication: Strong skills for cross-team collaboration.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
- Knowledge of CRO best practices, A/B testing.
- Familiarity with responsive design principles.
- Understanding of UX/UI for digital optimization.
- Certifications (Google Analytics, Ads) are advantageous.
