Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Digital Content & Social Media Strategy
- Develop and implement a compelling cross-platform content calendar (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook).
- Write engaging captions, plan reels, direct behind-the-scenes storytelling, and design visuals using Canva or similar tools.
- Drive our brand voice across all platforms while staying authentic, elegant, and aspirational.
Audience Engagement & Community Building
- Manage DMs, comments, and community inquiries with empathy and brand tone.
- Build meaningful engagement through polls, Q&As, testimonials, and live sessions.
- Identify and engage with like-minded brands and creators for collaborations.
Digital Marketing & Campaigns
- Plan and execute Meta, Google, and LinkedIn ads (A/B testing, retargeting, audience segmentation).
- Create ad copy, manage creatives, and monitor lead quality and ROAS.
- Lead email campaigns and simple automation workflows (Mailchimp/ConvertKit).
SEO, Website & Analytics Oversight
- Optimize landing pages for lead generation and conversion.
- Track and interpret performance data (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
- Support content SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search ranking.
Collaboration & Agile Work Culture
- Join weekly sprints, work with Kanban boards, and participate in strategy standups.
- Collaborate with the CEO, Brand Strategist, VA, and graphic/video freelancers.
- Align brand presence across social, web, email, and paid media channels.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or a similar hybrid roles
- Strong grasp of both visual and written storytelling
- Skilled in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and basic performance funnels
- Hands-on experience with Canva, CapCut, Later/Hootsuite/Buffer
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- A strategic thinker who can execute with excellence in a lean team
- Background in travel, luxury, lifestyle, or service-based brands
- Familiarity with SEO tools (Ubersuggest, SEMrush), Mailchimp or ConvertKit
- Experience working in hybrid, cross-functional teams
- Passion for storytelling, people, and purpose-driven travel
