Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts and ensure regular repayment of the disbursement made to the customers.
- Mobilize customers and market information to update business units on products and current trends.
- Manage relationships with key customers as a customer point of contact at every level.
- Explore opportunities with existing customers for upselling to increase product sales to customers
- Proper management of groups and individual customers to ensure continuous relationship Support finance in control of credit and collections.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of an OND in any field in a reputable higher institution.
- Ability to work with less or no supervision
- Ability to speak English fluently. (Yoruba is an added advantage)
- Must have good communication skills.
