Job Summary

The Operations Manager will lead our credit operations transformation from manual processes to fully digital workflows while maintaining the highest standards of loan administration and customer service.

  • Minimum Qualification : HND
  • Experience Level : Mid level

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the transition to paperless loan processing including e-KYC and digital documentation
  • Implement and manage automated loan origination systems
  • Oversee integration of manual processes with digital platforms
  • Manage loan disbursements and repayments through agent banking networks
  • Ensure seamless integration between traditional branches and agent locations
  • Monitor and optimize agent performance and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure 100% collateral perfection including CAC registration verification and GPS tracking for movable assets
  • Implement digital document management systems
  • Maintain comprehensive loan files for both manual and digital processes
  • Implement automated repayment reminder systems via SMS, USSD, and mobile apps- Manage customer service operations across all channels
  • Develop and maintain customer relationship management protocols

Requirements:
  • HND/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking and Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years in MFB loan operations or similar financial services environment
  • Experience managing both traditional and digital banking operations
  • Proven track record in process improvement and automation
  • Proficiency in core banking software (BankOne, T24, or similar)
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of payment systems and fintech solutions
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent project management abilities
  • Customer service orientation
  • Process improvement mindset
