The team you would join:
The EasyBuy Direct Sales team is the market facing arm of Sun Kingâs pay-as-you-go (PAYG) direct to consumer sales business. The Easy Buy Direct Sales team is in charge of recruiting, managing, and supervising the companyâs network of thousands of commission sales agents, called âEnergy Officersâ that promote and sell Sun Kingâs PAYG solar solutions and provide customer ongoing service in their local territories. Through the EasyBuy PAYG solar business model, customers can purchase a Sun King solar home solution by making a small down-payment up front and paying the remaining balance through a series of installments over a period of time.

About the role:
We are looking for a senior seasoned sales professional, who will maintain, build and expand the Sun King Easy Buy business in Nigeria. This is a leadership position which takes full strategic and tactical charge of all business functions of the Easy Buy business. What you would be expected to do;

Mentor, coach and manage high performing teams. Drive revenue, market share and profitability targets. Design and manage high quality customer journey Research and pilot products for Nigerian customers needs Liaise with Sun Kingâs multi-national teams spread across Africa, Asia and Europe. Ensure that all teams have the required tools and materials for trade execution. Ensure that all companies in the same space activities are countered with effective strategies. Ensure visibility in the trade is high. Ensure that all costs and expenses are kept within acceptable levels and within budget.

You might be a strong candidate if you:

Has a degree in a Business-related field OR equivalent. At least 3 years international business and expansion experience. At least 4 years senior management sales experience within the solar space or similar industry. Experience in the Solar Industry is a strong advantage for this role. Experience in building businesses for the under-served population. Has experience in working with multinational teams Has excellent Computer knowledge with comprehensive knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Creative and innovative in your thinking, test out ideas and also cost conscious. Is excellently skilled in Planning, Organizing, Prioritizing, Maximizing value and see the big picture Is able to skillfully builds relations, work on internal & external relationships. Listens well, coachesâ others and is disciplined in their learning practice. Has Operation Excellence and a strong business acumen.
