As the Community & Engagement Manager, you will build, nurture, and scale a highly engaged digital community of learners, educators, and partners across Makintouch’s platforms. You’ll leverage technology, data, and creative strategies to foster loyalty, drive product adoption, and amplify brand advocacy in the EdTech space.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Community Building & Moderation:
- Build and manage online communities across platforms:
- Social Media: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, WhatsApp/Telegram groups.
- Forums & Learning Hubs: Discord, Slack, Circle. So, or custom LMS communities.
- User Groups: Facilitate peer-to-peer learning and mentorship.
- Moderate discussions, resolve queries, and enforce community guidelines to maintain a positive, inclusive environment.
Content Strategy & Digital Engagement:
- Develop multimedia content to boost engagement:
- Educational: Blog posts, tutorials, webinars, and newsletters.
- Interactive: Polls, Q&A sessions, live AMAs with instructors/industry experts.
- AI-Driven: Use tools like ChatGPT, Synthesia (text-to-video), D-ID (avatars), and Canva for scalable content.
- Optimize content for SEO and platform algorithms to increase reach.
Event & Program Management:
- Organize virtual/physical events: Workshops, hackathons, certification demos, and networking meetups.
- Partner with educators/influencers for guest sessions to drive participation.
Technology & Analytics:
- Platforms/Tools
- CRM: HubSpot/Salesforce (to track community interactions).
- Automation: Mailchimp (newsletters), Zapier (workflows).
- Analytics: Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Hotjar (behavior tracking).
- Report on KPIs: Engagement rates, growth metrics, conversion from community to paid users.
Growth & Collaboration:
- Work with sales/product teams to gather user feedback and improve offerings.
- Identify and onboard brand advocates (e.g., top learners, educators) for testimonials/UGC.
- Pilot referral/rewards programs to incentivize community growth.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years in community management, digital marketing, or EdTech.
- Education: B.Sc. educational qualification
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in social media tools, LMS platforms, and AI content tools.
- Data-Driven: Ability to analyze metrics and iterate strategies.
- Passion for Education: Understanding of learner/educator needs in digital spaces.
