Communications and Brand Strategy Head

Responsibilities:

• Work with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment to develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies 
• Create and manage content across multiple channels to build brand awareness and drive customer acquisition 
• Develop strategic communications plans that align with business objectives
• Lead brand positioning initiatives and maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints

Requirements:

•  2-4 years of experience in Brand Strategy and Development, Digital Marketing and Communications, Content Creation and Campaign Management and Social Media Strategy and Management 
• Minimum qualification of OND
• Strong analytical skills with experience in brand performance metrics and market research 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• A strong desire to learn new marketing technologies and stay ahead of industry trends 
• Commitment to a full-time, onsite role and career growth 
• A passion for crafting compelling brand narratives and driving customer engagement

• Competitive Compensation (Full-Time): NGN 250,000 - NGN 700,000 monthly (based on expertise)
